Anh has been sailing on the Swoogo boat for almost five years and has recently moved into the Director of Learning & Development role from Customer Success. Her background includes 10 years combined of event management/coordination and event tech experience. She has a strong passion for helping people and finds joy in walking together with customers to that "aha!" moment. She hopes to improve the new customer training process, webinars and resource tools provided at Swoogo to continue delivering exceptional service. When she's not deep in the trenches of training material, she enjoys cooking and turning that brown-thumb a little greener.

Francesco got his career start in tech, which ultimately led him to join the Swoogo team in Event Tech. He spent 2020 and 2021 focusing especially on Event Agencies' needs and challenges. His hobbies include hiking, biking, and discovering new wineries.

A former Disney Cast Member, Michael has a passion for creating amazing customer experiences from the first moment they interact with a product to the last. With almost a decade developing, marketing, and supporting both virtual meeting and event software under his belt, Michael has taken on the role of VP of Customer Experience and is focused on delivering a dedicated, compassionate experience to prospects, customers, and anyone who encounters the Swoogo brand. From developing and managing his own 501(c)(3) nonprofit to editing his own Star Wars prequel cut, Michael is never afraid to roll up his sleeves to create something awesome— an attitude he applies daily in the event tech space.
